206 Raymond Ave. is only a 5 minute walk to campus and backs onto a park.  The house is a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in the high, raised basement.

Many of the rooms have recently been painted and there is some new carpeting.  There is plenty of parking and lots of room for entertaining in the kitchen and living room.
